At the 2001 National Conference in Washington DC, Ruby and William Fong, USCPFA Sacramento Chapter members, are awarded the Koji Ariyoshi, USCPFA's highest honor.		A Recent Tour by Washington Seminar on China Participants at the Library of Congress.
